Shipping policy

Domestic:
We ship Domestic 2-4 business days after payment is received. We always included tracking.  Express shipping is always available upon request and at an extra charge.

International:
Packages ship 2-4 business days after purchase. Please allow 3-8 weeks for delivery. Heritage Archive is NOT responsible for lost packages.

***ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS***
Heritage Archive is NOT responsible for ANY custom fees. We will not adjust the pricing to reflect a lower amount on the customs form, this is a fraudulent action and will result in Shopify taking action against the shop.

*** Lost Packages *** Heritage Archive is not responsible for lost packages.  Domestic and International packages are shipped with tracking and insurance, which are always provided to customers.  Heritage Archive is not responsible for submitting insurance claims on lost packages.
